Requirements for the position:

Participation in the preparation of (updating) internal normative documents of the bank (statutes, rules, procedures, methodology, etc.);

Preparing technical tasks;

Testing of software developed on the basis of the terms of reference, with the participation of structural divisions of the end user, elimination of problems identified as a result of testing and organization of the software application;

Preparation of proposals to increase the efficiency of business processes;

Business process coordination;

Discussion of risks identified during the optimization of business processes, with corresponding structural divisions;

Monitoring and continuous improvement of existing business processes;

Presentation of optimized business processes;

Participation in the development of the strategy;

Tracking strategic goals and regular reporting;

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on the implementation of the strategy;

Preparation of proposals for increasing quality indicators;

Preparation and monitoring of backlogs;

More actively participate in the work process based on Agile Methodology.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education 

English and Russian  Upper-Intermediate

At least 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager

Understanding banking business processes

Knowledge of the main market players and trends in the banking sector

Good knowledge of data processing and visualization, excellent ability to use Microsoft Office programs 

Systemic approach, ability to structure information and find alternative ways of solving problems

Multitasking, responsibility, communication skills, independence

Understanding the structure of the banking business, the main components of the business model of a universal bank

Knowledge of statistics to test business hypotheses

Skills and experience in analysis, planning, and forecasting of performance results of banks

Project management certificates, understanding the Agile methodology (certificates)

Organizational skills, drive for results, the ability to organize a team interaction

Proactive position, ability to build effective communications, partnerships with counterparties

Experience in forming proposals for improving the processes, products, and technologies of the bank

Experience in implementing projects for the introduction of new technologies, products, and processes, controlling the quality of the introduction.
